In most cases, if a text is sent to a list of 200 people, it will use 200 credits. International messages use more credits. If the message is longer than 160 characters or includes emojis or a picture it may use more credits. You will see a character count when you're creating each message.
Yes! Credits rollover only to the second month. You must use your rollover credits on the second month, as they will expire by the following month. Your credits replenish to your plan’s allotment at each billing date.
A conversation is a message thread with another phone number, just like in iMessage or WhatsApp.
Each interaction with a recipient counts towards your usage credits.
If you run out of credits, people can still join one of your lists but you will not be able to send outbound messages. You will not be billed for message overages.
If you try to send a text and don’t have enough credits, you’ll see a prompt to purchase more credits.

The best way to estimate how many credits you will need is to look at your current subscriber list and how often you would like to send messages. Multiply the number of subscribers you currently have by the number of messages you would like to send to get an idea of how many credits you may need.
A long code is a 10-digit, local phone number. A short code is a 5-digit texting number. Short codes are easy to remember, and very fast text delivery, but they are much more expensive and not normally used.
